Fitness stepper or stair-climber, call them what you will, beginners
will find these hard work until they get used to them. Steppers give a low impact toning of the lower body and
great fat and calorie-burning. Quiet
and easy to use, watching TV is not a problem while working out,
which is great if you have a problem sticking to a fitness regime. If
you have knee problems you may not do well with stair climbers and with
